How We Work
At Ultramark, our client’s specific needs determine how we work. Generally, we follow a comprehensive process that includes:
Review project parameters with our client partners.
Homework: we visit various retail environments, talk with store managers and assess the competitive landscape.
Develop a strategy to meet client's objectives and, once a direction is formalized, we'll engage in ideation sessions to flesh out best possible solution.
Generate black and white or color renderings, depending on client needs.
After client feedback, we will develop rough ballpark price estimates.
Once concept and ballpark pricing are approved, a prototype is developed for client review. If necessary, value engineering is discussed to bring the concept closer in line with client budget.
Along with the prototype, Ultramark provides hard, final pricing.
The client has enough information in hand to make a final determination on whether the project will move forward. If so, production begins once the client issues a PO.
